What is a casserole - each of us knows. In fact, any dish baked in the oven is a casserole, we just call them differently. Can a universal appliance like a multicooker replace a traditional oven? Of course! Moreover, casseroles cooked in a slow cooker are much healthier, juicier and more flavorful than dishes baked in the oven.

There are so many casseroles that you can bake in a slow cooker. The ingredients commonly used are potatoes, meat, fish, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, and combinations thereof. All solid ingredients are usually poured with a sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, milk, ketchup, etc. But this is far from an incomplete list of products for casseroles - salted or sweet (dessert) - in fact, there are many more.

Casserole in a slow cooker turns out no worse than in an oven. The top of her, as a rule, remains light, and the bottom is slightly fried. Ideal for dessert dishes, when a golden crust is not needed in principle. For cooking casseroles in the multicooker, the "Baking" mode is used. The baking time usually varies from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the type of dish and the capabilities of the modern "miracle oven".

Recipe 1: Multicook Air Casserole

Light, airy casserole belongs to the category of dessert dishes. By the way, to create a good treat we need only high-quality cottage cheese: fatty, fresh and not dry. Only in this case dessert will succeed with a bang.

Ingredients:

- 700 gr. cottage cheese
- three eggs (plus three squirrels)
- 250 gr. sour cream
- one multi-glass of fine sugar
- three table. tablespoons of starch
- half a teaspoon of baking powder (can be replaced with slaked soda in lemon juice)
- vanillin to taste
- 100 gr. chocolate chips (dark chocolate)

Cooking method:

1. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix it with small sugar. Whisk. Beat three eggs separately. Gently mix with cottage cheese. Add sour cream, vanilla, starch and baking powder to the mass. Beat everything with a mixer again.

2. Beat the whites to a standing airy foam, adding two more tablespoons of sugar. Then gently mix the foam into the curd mass.

3. Lubricate the multicooker with oil. We spread the mass, level the top with a spoon. Set the device to the "Baking" mode and bake for about an hour (plus or minus ten minutes, depending on the power of the multicooker).

4. After turning off the device, do not immediately remove the casserole, but let it stand for another 15 minutes so as not to settle. Then we get it, sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve for tea.

Recipe 2: Multicooked Vegetable Casserole

A multicooker casserole cooked according to this recipe tastes very much like vegetable pizza. And all thanks to the combination of cheese and garlic. We will use a slow cooker both for stewing vegetables and for baking casseroles. Why do we need extra dirty dishes, when we can carry out all the operations in a modern miracle device!

Ingredients:

- two small zucchini (without coarse seeds)
- 200 gr. tomato
- 200 gr. bell peppers
- one onion head
- 120 ml cream
- two tbsp. spoons of sour cream
- salt to taste
- Provencal herbs
- large clove of garlic
- 200 gr. hard cheese

Cooking method:

1. Vegetables (peeled peppers, peeled tomatoes) are cut in equal cubes and sent to a multicooker greased container. Salt, add a little vegetable oil and set to baking mode (time about 20 minutes).

2. While the tomatoes and pepper are stewed, we cut the onions in half rings and the zucchini in half rings. We send the ingredients to the stewed vegetables. Mix, add weed.

3. Close and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic, grated cheese, cream and set the crock-pot again on “baking” and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Recipe 3: Sausage Meat Casserole

The meat casserole with vegetables in the slow cooker turns out to be very rich and tasty, as if it was cooked in a real Russian oven.

Ingredients:

- 600 gr. minced pork
- two zucchini
- one carrot
- one bell pepper red
- one bell pepper yellow
- a bunch of greenery
- three pieces of loaf
- 50-60 ml of milk
- one egg
- two tomatoes
- 500 gr. frozen broccoli
- to taste salt, ground pepper

Cooking method:

1. Using a grater, grind zucchini, peeled carrots. We cut two Bulgarian peppers of different colors with a strip (we first remove seeds from them), chop tomatoes and greens.

2. The baton is soaked in milk. Boil the broccoli in salted water for about fifteen minutes. In a pan, overcook zucchini (grated), carrots and bell peppers.

3. Stuff the minced meat with your hands, adding a couple of cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and a soft loaf.

4. In the capacity of the multicooker, spread the first layer of half the forcemeat, the second - the fried vegetables, the third - broccoli and the fourth - close the remaining forcemeat. We cut the tomatoes in circles and spread them on the surface of the dish. Close the slow cooker, set to "Baking" mode and bake the casserole for 40-45 minutes.

Recipe 4: Multicooker Fruit Casserole

A dessert casserole with rice and fruits is a great option for small and large sweet tooth. As a fruit filler, you can use any fruit and even berries. We will take apples and bananas.

Ingredients:

- 300 gr. well-boiled rice
- one apple
- one banana
- 100 gr. sour cream
- 100 gr. condensed milk
- two eggs
- three tbsp. lies. Sahara
- a pinch of salt
- to taste vanillin
- 30 gr. butter
- vegetable oil

Cooking method:

1. Beat the eggs and mix them with sour cream, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla and condensed milk. The resulting mixture is mixed with well-boiled rice.

2. Peel the apple and banana, do not mix fruits. Cut the apple into strips, and the banana into thin slices. Lubricate the multicooker with vegetable oil.

3. The rice mass is divided into 3 parts. At the bottom we lay out a layer of rice mass, then a layer of apples, the third layer - rice again, the fourth - banana slices, and the fifth - the remaining rice. Spread chopped butter on top.
