Motherwort is a wonderful remedy for stress. Nervous stress at work led to loss of sleep, I began to drink 2 tablets of motherwort at night, it helped. True, there was heavy bleeding during menstruation, which was not previously observed. Therefore, motherwort should be taken with caution, like any other medicine.

Of course, for me the big news is that motherwort is used in cooking. I can’t even imagine what his taste is in soup. Simple, and I perceive it only as a tincture to soothe. Our motherwort does not grow, so I don’t have any options))
