Omelettes rarely leave indifferent both children and their parents. They are prepared in dozens of different ways, and even more are used. As scrambled eggs are almost unthinkable without a fried "boiled boiled", so omelettes are in perfect harmony with sausages. • In an omelet with sausages, you can fry chopped onions, bell peppers or tomatoes. Often grated cheese is added to the egg mass or sprinkled with an almost ready omelet, after which they bring the dish to readiness. To prepare a more satisfying dish, the fried sausages are spread on the fried bread and only then they are poured with an egg mixture.

Ingredients:

• three sausages;

• 50 grams of "Dutch" or "Edam" cheese;

• four eggs;

• 30 grams of homemade butter.

Cooking method:

1. Remove the outer shell from the sausages and cut them into thin rings.

2. Break the eggs, place the yolks in one bowl, and the whites in another.

3. Salt the yolks a little, season with ground pepper and slightly beat with a fork.

4. Whisk the whites in a lush foam and combine with the yolks. Do not whisk, gently mix the protein foam with the yolks, movements from the bottom up.

5. Melt the butter over medium heat, fry slices of sausages in it on both sides and lay on a separate plate.

6. In a clean frying pan, melt a little more oil and lay out the egg mass. Cover and cook over moderate heat for exactly one minute.

7. Distribute the fried sausages over the omelet, rub the cheese on top of them with a fine grater, cover again and bring the omelet to readiness for three minutes.

Ingredients:

• four eggs;

• smoked sausages - 4 pcs.;

• one and a half tablespoons of corn oil;

• 100 ml of pasteurized milk.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the sausages cleaned from the outer shell into rings and lightly fry on both sides.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add a little fine salt and ground pepper. Pour in the milk and whisk vigorously with a mixer or whisk.

3. Fry the sausages evenly in a frying pan, and fill them with the mixture prepared from eggs.

4. On slight heating, under the lid, hold the omelet until fully prepared; it should not be liquid.

Omelet with sausages, vegetables and cheese in the oven

Ingredients:

• one sweet bell pepper;

• a small clove of garlic;

• "Russian" or "Kostroma" cheese - 100 gr.;

• 120 grams of “Milk” sausages;

• small onion;

• a tablespoon of refined vegetable oil;

• 80 ml of cow's milk.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the pepper, cut lengthwise into half, remove the seed part with the peduncle and wash again.

2. Cut the peeled onion and pulp of pepper into small slices, chop the clove of garlic with a knife. Remove the shell from the sausages and cut them into thin half rings.

3. In a thick-walled pan, heat the oil and dip the garlic in it. Without stopping stirring, fry the garlic pieces until a specific aroma appears and add the onions.

4. Once the onion slices have a delicate golden color, put sausages with slices of pepper in a pan and continue heating until the flesh of the pepper is soft.

5. Pour the eggs into a deep bowl, add a little salt and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, pour the milk.

6. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Set aside about 20 grams of cheese chips, and add the remaining to the eggs and shake with a whisk.

7. Combine the cooled sausages, fried with onions, with the egg mixture, mix.

8. Cover the bottom and sides of a deep, small form with butter, pour the cooked omelette mixture into it and place in a hot (at least 180 degrees) oven for 40 minutes.

9. Five minutes before being cooked, sprinkle the omelette with the deferred cheese chips and bring to the ready.

10. Cool the baked omelette a little to make it harder, cut into pieces and serve.

Omelet with sausages on bread with cheese

Ingredients:

• two thin slices of white loaf, premium;

• three chicken eggs;

• two sausages;

• 80 ml of high fat liquid cream;

• 40 grams of cheese;

• a sprig of fresh dill and a little more parsley;

• butter for frying.

Cooking method:

1. Put about a tablespoon of butter in a large thick-walled pan and warm it well with minimal heat. Butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.

2. Pour the eggs into the cream, add your favorite condiments and, without whipping, spread the egg mass with a fork or a whisk.

3. On a coarse grater, grind the cheese, medium-sized chop the dried herbs without stems.

4. In the preheated fat, dip the sausages sliced ​​into rings. Fry the slices until a slight blush on both sides and put out of the pan.

5. Put the pieces of bread in the remaining fat in the pan. As soon as the underside is well browned, turn over, return the sausages to the pan, distributing them evenly along the bottom, and fill with cooked omelettes.

6. Sprinkle the egg mass on top with cheese chips mixed with finely chopped herbs, cover and continue cooking over low heat for about five minutes.

Ingredients:

• five eggs;

• "Milk" sausages - 3 pcs.;

• 60 grams of Kostroma cheese;

• some butter.

Cooking method:

1. Lubricate the bottom of the cooking bowl with oil and dip the sausages cut into rings into it. Spread the pieces evenly over the cooking bowl and start the baking program. While stirring, saute the sausages in the set mode until they are well browned.

2. Separate the proteins and add a little salt to them and beat with a mixer, at medium speeds for about 2 minutes. Yolks will not be appreciated.

1. Dip the chopped onion into a vegetable oil, which is well warmed up in a frying pan, and fry the slices over low heat.

2. When the onion slices begin to brown, put sausages cut into thin circles to them. Stir and reduce heat to medium or a little more.
