Spaghetti tomato sauce - the basic principles of preparation

Tomato is an indispensable product in cooking. It is used for making soups, sauces, dressings and other dishes. It is especially suitable for meat and spaghetti.

To prepare the sauce, use tomato paste, fresh or canned tomatoes.

Tomato sauce fully reveals the taste of spaghetti. It is he who makes the dish unique. There are many recipes for making tomato sauce.

In addition to tomatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, meat, seafood, minced meat and other ingredients are added to the sauce.

If the sauce is made from fresh tomatoes, they are first scalded with boiling water and thin skin is removed. The pulp of tomatoes is ground into a small cube, grated or mashed with a blender. The remaining vegetables are peeled and chopped. Vegetables, meat or minced meat are fried in heated oil, poured all with tomato paste and simmer for several minutes.

Recipe 1. Classic Spaghetti Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

a pound of fresh tomatoes;

150 g sweet pepper;

Recipe 2. Bacon Spaghetti Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

onion - two heads;

250 g of hard cheese;

clove of garlic;

5 g of oregano;

30 g tomato paste;

five fresh tomatoes;

200 g of bacon;

spaghetti - 350 g

Cooking method

1. Put a frying pan with olive oil on a stove. Cut the peeled onions in half rings. Fry the golden brown.

2. Bacon cut into thin strips and put in a pan with onions. Cooking another five minutes. Peeled garlic clove finely chopped and sent after the bacon.

3. Add tomato paste to the pan, mix. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. We put fresh tomatoes in a pan. Season with red pepper and oregano. Bring the sauce to a boil, twist the fire and cook, stirring constantly, for another ten minutes.

4. Add tomato sauce to the boiled spaghetti and mix. Simmer for three minutes over low heat, add the grated cheese and serve.

Recipe 3. Spaghetti Tomato Sauce with Cream and Ham

Ingredients

two tomatoes;

ham - 300 g;

40 g butter;

1. Melt the butter in a pan.

2. Chop finely chopped onions and half minced garlic for two minutes. Remove the thin skin from fresh tomatoes by sprinkling them with boiling water. Cut the flesh into slices and put in a pan with fried onions. Stew on low heat, about ten minutes.

3. In a separate pan, fry the eggplant with the remaining garlic until soft. Then shift them into a pan with tomatoes and simmer all together for the same amount of time, constantly mixing. Season with salt and pepper.

Recipe 5. Tomato sauce for spaghetti with minced meat

Ingredients

olive oil - 40 l;

tomatoes in their own juice - 1.2 kg;

10 g of oregano and basil;

ground beef - 400 g;

25 g of sugar;

300 g of sweet pepper;

onions - two large heads;

garlic - 20 g.

Cooking method

1. Spread the minced meat in a deep frying pan and fry in hot oil, constantly stirring, for five minutes.

2. Peel the garlic and onion. Rinse the pepper and cut the stem with the seeds. Finely chop all the vegetables, add to the minced meat and cook for about seven minutes.

3. Fresh tomatoes are cut into slices and put in a blender bowl. We interrupt the tomatoes until smooth, add sugar, salt, pepper and season with spices. Pour the tomato mixture into a pan with minced meat. Mix, cover and cook over low heat for half an hour.

Recipe 6. Chicken Spaghetti Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

30 g of hard cheese;

30 ml of vegetable oil;

30 g tomato paste;

clove of garlic;

bulb;

a pinch of pepper mixture;

200 g chicken fillet;

half a glass of filtered water;

40 g spaghetti.

Cooking method

1. Chop the peeled onion in a small cube. Peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible. Fry onions and garlic, constantly stirring, a couple of minutes.

2. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into slices. Put in a pan with onions and fry on moderate heat for about three minutes.

3. Add tomato paste to the meat, salt and season with a mixture of peppers. Shuffle. Pour in half a glass of cold water and simmer the meat sauce over low heat for about ten minutes, covering it with a lid.

4. Submit the spaghetti boiled to the al dente state in the pan with the sauce. Stir and leave for a couple of minutes to spaghetti soak in the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.

Recipe 7. Tomato sauce for spaghetti with mushrooms

Ingredients

10 g of dried parsley;

500 g of fresh mushrooms;

1. Peeled onions are cut into thin half rings. Grind the mushrooms with thin plates.

2. Fry onion with mushrooms, seasoning with spices for mushrooms and salt.

500 g of seafood cocktail;

two cloves of garlic;

130 ml of dry white wine;

60 g of tomato paste;

two fresh tomatoes.

1. Defrost a sea cocktail and rinse it thoroughly.

2. Wash fresh tomatoes, wipe and scald with boiling water. Peel them from thin skin. Grind the pulp of a tomato into a homogeneous mixture with a blender.

3. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the stewpan, heat it and fry the onion with garlic in it until light brown and soft.
