Burger Cheese Buns

Ingredients

• three glasses of flour;

• 250 ml of water;

• 250 grams of cheese;

• salt and sugar;

• two tablespoons of oil;

• 1 tsp with yeast tuber.

Cooking

1. Let's start with cheese. We rub it coarsely, immediately postpone a third, this part is needed for the top decoration of cheese rolls.

2. Cooking the easiest dough. Dissolve dry, fast-acting yeast in warm water. Introduce half a teaspoon of salt, a full tablespoon of sand. Stir.

Rosette cheese buns with garlic and nuts

For such cheese rolls, you can use the filling without nuts or without garlic. But together they give a simply amazing taste. In general, you can knead the dough according to your own recipe, but it should not be sweet. Or use this option.

Ingredients

• 0.3 liters of water;

• 3-4 branches of dill;

• 7 grams of yeast;

• 160 grams of cheese;

• salt and sugar;

• butter;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• flour;

• 2-4 tablespoons of nuts.

Cooking

1. It is advisable to knead the dough a couple of hours before the alleged preparation of buns. It must stand, rise well. Heat the water, mix a warm liquid with yeast, wait a couple of minutes for the particles to swell and dissolve.

2. Pour a spoonful of sugar, a little more than half a teaspoon of salt, pour sifted wheat flour. In the process of kneading, when the dough is almost ready, add about 15-20 ml of sunflower oil to it. We remove for the approach.

5. Twist the long roll. Cut across the slices of two or three centimeters.

Hot buns with cheese and sausage (ham) inside

Recipe for buns with cheese and ham. It is a wonderful breakfast or even dinner. You will need ready-made round buns, like for burgers. It is important that they are not sweet and have no filling inside.

Ingredients

• 3 buns;

• 150 g of sausage or ham;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• one tomato;

• 150 g of cheese;

• greens for decoration.

Cooking

1. Cut off the top of the buns to make a lid. We take out the crumb from the inside, making a cup.

2. Chop or grate cheese, add chopped ham or sausage. Cut the tomato, mix with the total mass. Dress with garlic. Optionally, you can add greens to the filling.

3. Fill the buns with filling, cover with the top.

4. We put in a preheated oven or cook for several minutes in the microwave. Warm the rolls well enough. We make sure that they do not burn out.

5. We take out, slightly open the lid, palm off a sprig of greens or a leaf of lettuce.

Light Cheese Buns

The recipe for quick cheese rolls, which are prepared from the usual products for us. If there is no cultivator, take hydrated soda.

Ingredients

• 150 grams of hard cheese;

• 50 grams of oil;

4. Divide the magnificent dough into balls of 50 grams, flatten one in the palm of your hand. Put a little filling, pinch the edges in a pile. This side is laid on a baking sheet. We sculpt all the rolls.

5. Let the balls of cheese rise.

6. Lubricate with water or an egg, sprinkle with sesame cheese, bake.

Cheese Buns - Tips & Tricks

• When kneading dough, it is important to add flour correctly. If there is a lot of it, then the baking will turn out tough. If there is little flour, the dough will stick. It is necessary to make a smooth, uniform, soft mass.

• If the dough does not want to rise, the yeast may be unsuitable. Correct the situation by adding another portion diluted in warm milk or in water. Additionally, you have to add flour.

• Nowadays, manufacturers are increasingly cunning by making cheese from vegetable fats. It does not melt, does not fry to a beautiful crust, does not give a pleasant aroma after baking. Therefore, it is not suitable for making delicious rolls. Choose in the store just cheese, but not a cheese product.
