Singer Shakira is accused of plagiarism

The court of New York recognized the song Shakira Loca "partial plagiarism." It was found that the hit is a remake of the song of the singer El Kata, and that of the “borrowing” of the song Loca Con Su Tiguere Ramon Arias Vasquez.

Now there are negotiations on compensation for the company Mayimba Music, which owns the rights to the song of Vasquez.

Shakira's song was a hit in 2010 in Latin America. She came out in English and Spanish versions. Legal proceedings are about the latter.
