Salad with corn and sausage does not need spices, it is enough to add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

Canned corn is used in salad - its indisputable advantage is that it does not need to be soaked, boiled or perform other actions, it is enough to open a jar, drain the marinade - and now, the main ingredient of the salad is ready.

Smoked, half-smoked or cooked sausage is used for cooked or for a more piquant and interesting taste. This product also does not need pre-treatment - you just need to remove the shell and chop the product with cubes or straws, depending on the recipe.

Eggs are another common ingredient in a salad with corn and sausage. This product must be fresh and hard boiled. So that it doesn’t happen that the egg is not cooked or, on the contrary, is digested, it should be placed in cold water, which covers the egg with only one finger, and after boiling, boil for about five to seven minutes.
