Scientists identify 5 fundamental factors that lead to weakening of our immunity. The first reason is the sugar we consume. Thanks to studies, it was found that daily consumption of 100 grams of sugar 3 times reduces the body's ability to resist viruses and bacteria. Immunity begins to recover only after 18 hours after taking such a shock dose of sweets, and during this time the body is vulnerable to various diseases and adverse factors. But after repeated intake of sugar, immunity again loses its position.

The second reason that makes us vulnerable is the lack of water. With a deficiency of fluid in the body, metabolic processes slow down, and the functional abilities of the body decrease accordingly. According to scientists, almost every one of us has this problem, although often a person does not even know about it.

The third reason is such an unpleasant symptom as dryness of the mucous membrane in the nose. Dry mucous membranes do not trap viruses and bacteria that enter our bodies in hordes.

In fourth place is daily stress, the hormones of which weaken the immune system, inhibiting the functioning of the immune system.
