There are many recipes for cake with rice and canned fish. They differ only in the type of dough and canned goods. On homemade yeast dough or a ready-made store dough, with saury or chum salmon, parsley or spinach, any of the options is always satisfying and tasty. Such a delicious cake can be served to dear guests or treat them to their home.

Pie with rice and canned fish - general principles of preparation

Traditionally, such a cake is made from yeast dough. But you can also use butter, potato, liquid, puff or shortbread.

Rice for the cake must first be washed under running water until transparent. Then it needs to be boiled in slightly salted water until fully cooked.

Canned fish is better to use those that are in their own juice or fat. A good option for a pie would be: herring, chum, pink salmon, saury, salmon or tuna. Oil from the jar will first need to be drained, and then the fish should be chopped with a fork.

You can also add any greens, onions, potatoes, cheese, eggs and nuts to the pie.

Pie with rice and canned fish yeast

Ingredients:

• a glass of milk;

• 2 tbsp. l Sahara;

• 10 g of dry yeast;

• 180 g margarine (or butter);

• two eggs;

• a pound of premium wheat flour;

• a can of canned tuna in oil;

• 100 g of rice groats;

• a bunch of parsley;

Cooking Method:

1. Warm the milk in a saucepan with sugar and soft margarine, add a pinch of salt. We heat so that the margarine is dispersed, but so that the mixture does not boil.

2. Remove from heat and add yeast and one egg. The temperature of the milk should be such that the eggs do not boil. In too hot a liquid, the yeast will lose its quality.

3. Add flour to the pan and knead the dough.

11. Prepare a baking sheet. We cover it with cooking paper.

12. The dough is divided into two unequal parts (1/3 and 2/3). We roll out most of the dough in the form of a baking sheet and put it on paper.

13. Put the rice on the dough evenly, then canned food and onions. Then lay out the parsley.

14. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

15. Roll out the smaller part of the dough and put it on top of the pie, pinch the edges.

16. Grease a little beaten egg.

17. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180-200 ° C.

Ingredients:

• a pack of ready-made puff yeast dough;

• half a glass of rice cereal;

• can of saury smoked in oil;

• 100 g spinach;

• salt to taste;

• 50 ml of fat cream;

• sunflower oil.

Cooking Method:

• 25 g mayonnaise sauce;

• 30 ml of heavy cream.

Cooking Method:
