Green beans are not consumed raw, boiled in boiling water and only then added to salads or used to prepare a side dish. The most useful way to make green beans is by steaming. It allows you to save maximum benefit.

Young bean pods are washed, peeled, the stiff vein removed and boiled for ten minutes. They do not recommend cooking it longer, since beans lose their beneficial substances and become fibrous.

To keep the beans and pods taste and shape, dip it into boiling, not cold water. Boiled beans are discarded on a sieve and placed in ice water, so that the product retains a pleasant crunch and a juicy color.

Ingredients

400 g canned tuna in its own juice;

soy sauce - 40 ml;

20 ml of olive oil;
