American scientists have found that the natural cry of happiness is a normal physiological response of the body, which allows you to defuse a strong positive emotional stress.

These data were confirmed during the analysis of emotions that react to small children. It turned out that tears are one of the ways to deal with a strong emotion. Scientists say that you can talk about the presence of the opposite reaction of the psyche, because sometimes negative emotions can cause hysterical laughter or complete apathy.

Experts say that laughter and tears help a person to establish the necessary balance and cope with emotional experience. Despite the fact that this discovery to some extent explains the frequent reactions of the human psyche, the mechanism of this phenomenon is not completely clear. Perhaps tears are a way of unconsciously controlling emotions.
