Ingredients

• 0.12 liters of milk;

• 0.3 kg of flour;

• 7 grams of yeast;

• 20 grams of sugar per dough;

• 30 grams of oil;

• 70 grams of sugar;

• 700 grams of cherries;

• 200 grams of sugar for the filling;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;

• vanilla.

Cooking

1. Combine the bulk ingredients: flour with yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt. You can immediately pour a little vanilla to make the dough more aromatic.

2. We feed the milk, preheated, add the egg with butter. Knead the dough thoroughly and leave for an hour.

3. Take care of the cherry. Remove the seeds from the berries, add sugar, add 40 ml of water and cook for 10 minutes under the lid. Cool the filling. Put the starch and lemon juice. To taste, you can add a spoonful of cognac or any liquor.

4. Roll out a large dough cake, put it in the shape with the sides, let the edges hang down. Then we take a knife and carefully cut them in a circle. The resulting strips are postponed for now.

5. Inside the pie, place the cherries in syrup.

6. We take the delayed stripes and cut into any ribbons. We spread the net on the pie. It can be rare or frequent, it all depends on the desire and the number of scraps.

7. Bake the cake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Recipe 2: Closed Milk Dough Cherry Yeast Pie

The recipe for the simplest cherry yeast dough pie that you can cook at home

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of cherries;

• 300 ml of milk;

• 1 egg;

• 240 grams of sugar;

• 10 grams of yeast;

• 50 ml of any oil;

• flour;

• 2 tablespoons of starch.

Cooking

1. Heat the milk. Add 40 grams of granulated sugar and prescription yeast, stir.

2. After five minutes, put an incomplete teaspoon of salt, then pour the vegetable oil or melted margarine.

3. Pour in flour and prepare the usual dough of medium consistency. It should not stick or be too steep. Leave for two hours.

4. We wash the cherries, remove the seeds and leave them to wait in the wings, preferably in a colander.

5. From the dough we roll out two cakes, for the top we make the crumpet a little less than for the bottom.

6. Spread a larger layer on a baking sheet.

7. Stir the cherries with the sugar that remains. Add starch immediately.

8. Close the cake, pinch the edges. We make small holes on top. Leave for twenty minutes.

9. Beat the egg, grease the billet and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Recipe 3: Yeast cake with cherries from kefir dough

To prepare such a yeast cake with cherries, you can use not only kefir. Yogurt, natural yogurt, unclaimed fermented baked milk or any other available product is also suitable.

Ingredients

• a spoon of yeast without a hill;

• 250 grams of kefir;

• 500 grams of flour;

• 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

• 0.5 tsp salts;

• 3-4 tablespoons of sugar;

• 2 eggs.

For filling:

• 0.15 kg of sugar;

• a pound of cherries;

• 1 yolk.

Cooking

1. Kefir should be warm. Add to it all the other ingredients according to the recipe. For an even distribution, whisk for three minutes with a whisk.

2. Add the flour, here we already knead the dough with our hands. We make a round bun, put in a bag, send it to the refrigerator and forget about it for 3 hours. If you need to get the dough faster, then you can keep it warm for an hour.

3. Mix cherries with sugar just before the pie is made.

Ingredients

• 1 spoon of yeast;

• 1 glass of milk;

• 4-4.5 cups flour;

• 2 tablespoons of sugar;

• 2 eggs;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• 0.1 kg of oil (melt);

• 0.4 kg of cherries.

For sprinkling 120 grams of butter, a glass of flour and 0.5 cups of sugar.

Cooking

1. Divide the dough into three parts and roll out a long strip of 10 by 25 centimeters from each piece.

2. Spread a row of seedless berries, sprinkle with sugar and twist into a log. It is better to pinch the tips so that the juice does not leak when baking.

3. We form two more logs from dough and cherries.

4. Lay on a baking sheet, but not tight to each other. We leave at least a centimeter so that the logs have a place to lift.

5. Leave the workpiece to stand warm for about half an hour. Drafts should not be in the room, otherwise a crust will form on the formed product.

Cooking

1. Roll a pound of dough into a thin cake, send it into a round shape.

3. Forget about the dough for another 1.5 hours.

4. Peel the apples, cut into cubes.

5. Cherry free from stones. Sugar is not added anywhere.

6. The dough is divided into two parts, but not in half. We make one third more. We roll it, cover the bottom and sides of the form.

7. Spread a layer of apples, then sprinkle with sugar, a layer of cherries and sprinkle with sugar again.

Cherry Yeast Pie - Tips & Tricks

• Yeast dough does not like cold and drafts. The room should be warm, quiet and humid.

• Flour for dough requires mandatory sifting, it is not only a matter of litter. During the procedure, the product is enriched with oxygen, it is easier to combine with other ingredients, and the test is easier to rise.

• You can lubricate pies not only with an egg, but simply with yolk, sugar syrup. If the product was not smeared with anything before being sent to the oven, then immediately after baking you can go over it with a piece of oil.

• To prevent the bottom of the pie from being wet from berry juice, sprinkle a layer of dough with starch, breadcrumbs or a small amount of plain flour.
