In addition to thin pastille, there is a magnificent dessert on agar-agar. Sometimes it is replaced with gelatin. The recipe also goes for egg white, which gives a special structure and airiness. This marshmallow does not need to be dried; it is left for several hours to solidify.

Classic apple sugar candy

The recipe for the easiest pastille, which has been prepared for many years. Sugar is not even added to it, which makes the treat even healthier and more natural. For harvesting you will need only apples in any quantity.

Cooking

1. Cut the washed apples into pieces with skins. We immediately discard the stumps with seed boxes.

2. Put the fruit in a cauldron or in a pot with thick walls. If the apples are not very juicy, then you can pour a couple of glasses of water, it will boil off later anyway.

3. Turn on the fire, cover and stew the skins until soft. Depending on the variety of apples, it will take from 1.5 to 4 hours.

4. Cool the apple mass and grind it in mashed potatoes. We make it a blender. You can twist through a meat grinder.

5. Take a sheet of parchment, put on a baking sheet and spread mashed potatoes. If there is any doubt that the paper will stick, you can lubricate it with a drop of oil. The maximum layer thickness is 7 millimeters, but it is better to make thinner.

6. Put the pastille in the oven. We make the temperature minimal, it should not rise above 100 degrees.

7. Or we take out in the sun and dry until tender.

8. Then we turn the sheet over with parchment and spray it with water. The paper is easy to peel off. We twist the pastille with tubes.

Apple marshmallow at home with protein

A variant of a very tender apple marshmallow at home, which turns out to be lush and soft. You will need any apple puree, it is better to cook it yourself. Moreover, this is done very simply. The fruit is steamed and chopped in any way.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of mashed potatoes;

• 1 crude protein;

• 0.17 kg of sugar;

• a little powder.

Cooking

1. Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add granulated sugar and stir. If the apples were prepared on their own, then pour sand is better in a warm mass, then cool.

2. In a clean bowl, beat the protein until a firm foam.

3. Combine the egg white with the apple mass and beat together for a few more minutes.

4. We transfer the tidbit to a baking sheet, which must be covered with parchment.

5. We level the layer with a spatula, which should turn out about three centimeters.

6. Put in the oven preheated to 70 degrees, bake for about five hours.

7. Cool the pastille, cut into small pieces with a knife. So that the blade does not stick, it can be wetted in cold water.

8. Bake a treat in powder, and it's ready!

Thin apple pastille with sugar

The recipe for sweet thin apple pastille at home, which is prepared using a slightly different technology.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of apples;

• 0.1 kg of sugar;

• 50 ml of water.

Cooking

1. We take apples, cut into slices. There is the weight of a pure product without tails and seed boxes with stubs.

2. Twist through a meat grinder with skins.

3. We put on the stove, pour water and add granulated sugar. Let the mass boil.

4. Make a fire below average and cook the mass for about half an hour. We do not go far and stir regularly, the mashed potatoes can burn.

5. Cool the mass.

6. Cover the baking sheet with oiled parchment, spread a thin layer of apples about 4 millimeters. It is convenient to do this with a flat spatula.

7. Dry in any way until cooked.

Apple marshmallow at home with agar agar

Recipe for a lush and soft apple marshmallow, resembling marshmallows. It is often sold in stores, and few people know that a treat is very easy to make on your own. You will need agar-agar, which can be bought in the baking department.

Ingredients

• 4 apples;

• 0.4 kg of sugar;

• 60 ml of water;

• 4 grams of agar;

• 1 protein;

• vanilla, powder.

Cooking

1. Combine agar-agar with prescription water, leave to dissolve.

2. For apples, remove the middle, cutting the fruit in half, bake in the oven until soft. But you can also use the microwave. In it, the apples will be ready in five minutes.

3. Remove the flesh from the apples, discard the skins.

4. Add 250 grams of sugar to apples and throw a pinch of vanilla for flavor. Beat the mass with a blender until smooth.

5. In the agar-agar add the remaining sand, put on fire and cook the syrup. We boil a minute.

6. Add protein to the cooled mashed potatoes and beat at maximum speed of the mixer until the mass is clarified and splendid.

7. Introduce the hot syrup, stir with a mixer for another minute.

8. We take any form, cover the inside with cling film.

9. Pour the apple mass and leave to solidify at room temperature for three hours.

10. The finished pastille is cut, crumbled in powder.

Spicy apple and cinnamon plums

To make such a marshmallow from apples at home, you will also need plums. We take fruits in equal amounts. But if something is more or less, then this is not scary.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of apples;

• 1 kg drain;

• 0.15 kg of sugar;

• 1 tsp cinnamon;

• butter, parchment.

Cooking

1. Cut the apples in large pieces, throw them into the pan. Discard the bits.

2. Divide the plums in half, remove the seeds. We send to apples.

3. Pour a glass of water, steam until soft under the lid. Stir occasionally.

4. Cool, wipe through a large sieve.

5. Add sugar with cinnamon, stir in the puree.

6. Smear on oiled paper with a layer of about five millimeters.

7. Leave to dry in the sun or send to the oven.

8. The finished pastille is freed from paper, twisted with tubes, cut into pieces.

Apple marshmallow at home on gelatin

Another option for soft and white apple marshmallows at home. This recipe is for those who could not find agar agar. To taste, this marshmallow is very similar to marshmallows chewing marshmallows.

Ingredients

• 0.4 kg of sugar;

• 0.5 kg of apples;

• 60 ml of water;

• 20 grams of gelatin;

• 1 crude protein;

• powder.

Cooking

1. Cut the apples into 4 parts, remove the middle, put on a dish for the microwave and bake at maximum power for no more than 6 minutes.

2. Cool, take out the soft flesh.

3. We combine gelatin with water, let it swell for half an hour.

4. Add 250 grams of prescription sugar to applesauce.

5. Put the rest of the sugar in the gelatin and heat it in a water bath until all the grains are dissolved. In no case do not let the syrup boil.

6. Beat the protein and combine with applesauce.

7. Immerse the mixer and beat together for about five minutes.

8. Introduce gelatin in a thin stream, stir with applesauce at low speed. You can throw some vanilla.

9. Pour the pastille into a mold covered with a film, leave it to freeze in the refrigerator. It will take about five hours.

10. We take out the finished treat, remove the film, cut into pieces and roll in powder. Store gelatin candy in the refrigerator.

Delicate salad with apple and banana pastille

For salad, you need air pastilles on agar-agar or gelatin. As a dressing, non-greasy sour cream is used.

Ingredients

• 100 grams of marshmallow;

• 2 bananas;

• 1 kiwi;

• 2 tablespoons of nuts;

• 100 ml sour cream;

• powder to taste, vanilla.

Cooking

1. Peel bananas, cut into cubes.

2. Peel the kiwi, cut a little finer and shift to bananas.

Apple pastille - useful tips and tricks

• If thin pastille is prepared for long-term storage, the sheets must be thoroughly dried. Otherwise, mold may appear in them.

• If the pastille is dried in the oven. That door must be ajar. Otherwise, moisture will not come out, and the process will drag on for a long time.

• Pastille is obtained more gently if the fruit is wiped through a sieve and the skins are thrown back. But then it freezes faster if you cook a treat with a peel.

• If the pastille is dried under natural conditions, then you can spread the cooked mass on sheets of cellophane. From them, the layers are easily removed.
